I have been working out hard for 3 wks now, following a healthly diet plan with high protein and low healthy carbs. I stop eating at night and drink lots of h20. Why is the scale not showing me any results? I do 1hr of aerobics aday 6 days a week along with 30 mins of strength training. What is going on? Please help me

Throw the scale away.
Judge by how you feel and how you look. Take a tape measure and measure waist, hips, arms and that kind of stuff. Your weight may not change if you are losing fat and gaining muscle.
Okay, don't throw the scale away, but use it as another tool and not the be all end all of your health.

You need to be patient. I didn't start seeing changes for five weeks. If you know you're doing everything right, it will happen.

yeah since your strength training your probably putting on muscle which would increase your weight

Maxiscool was right on. If you are doing what you are supposed to, you are putting on lean mass. Stop weighing yourself as the others mentioned.
