I'm 17 turning 18 in a few months. And I already have an atheletic build. I've taken creatine by body fortress in the past (2 years ago). I do swimming and track, and am trying to gain muscle as fast as I can again. I'm 6' 2" weighing at 155, so I don't have much fat to work with. What creatine product do you think I should buy? I've been researching and have come down to a choice between these:

AST Micronized Creatine:

GNC Pro Performance® Creatine Burst:

Green Bulge:

GNC Pro Performance® Nitro Explosion?:
http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2466298&cp=2522433.2169542.2169541&parentPage=family

TwinLab Mega Creatine Fuel:

GNC Pro Performance® Ripped Kit?:
http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2133720&cp=2522433.2169542.2169541&parentPage=family

GNC Pro Performance® Nitric Oxide Maximizer (not sure what this is for?):
http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2533172&cp=2522433.2169542.2169541&parentPage=family&parentPage=family

Creatine Capsules 700mg each:

Thermo Gain:

Creatine Ethyl Ester Hci:

Vitol Creatine Monohydrate:
http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=VP-1037

Those are the 10 products I've narrowed down to, if you can help me choose the best product.. that would be greatly appreciated. Or if any of you recommend any other products, please let me know.

Thanks,

Athletic build at 6'2" and only 155? OK...

Supplements don't get you big - most merely assist in the reduction of recuperation time (or at least claim to). You want to get big, you gotta eat big. I honestly wouldn't take any of the products you listed above. I'm not trying to be a party-pooper, mako3. Sometimes the truth isn't what you want to hear. Read these for more info:

Send me a PM if you have questions for me.

hey I've got a question for ya, I apologize if it's off topic. But I bought some protein recently and on the label it says to take 4 scoops, giving you 71 grams of protein however the guy that sold me this stuff told me to take only 2 scoops because you're body can't take in that much protein at one time and will ultimately turn to fat. Do you know if this is true, how many grams of protein can your body use at one sitting/meal?

There was a thread discussing this before. From what I ghathered from that post, protein will not turn to fat. If your body does not use the prtein, then it will simply be flushed away.
