hi everyone i haven't posted for a while but i am always on ft reading all the great posts.anyway i have a question: i've heard that nuts are good for you but which nuts?i went shopping today and i could see all the different kinds of nuts but i didn't know which ones to buy? also what kind of meals would i put nuts with?thanx for any suggestions.
English walnuts and Almonds are great sources of healthy fats. 1 oz. a day or so should suffice. I made a post a while back with all the nuts and their contents. If I can find it, I will repost it for you.
