I'm sure it was an accident but you only have to click on the the "post it" once.:)
As far as your question...I don't have the specific answers but you could use the fitbuddy below and type in hydroxycut(lots of info)and the 5 Tetra as well...
Good luck!

Simple and cheap....grapefruit, green tea and cider vinegar. Works just as well(in fact better) than commmercial "fat burners".

Combine the above with a diet that is below maintenance calories, move a bit, and you will find the fat coming off. No magic pills, no secret noone else knows about. :)

Xenadrine EFX is great for me so far but I only have been using it for like 3 weeks! I did all my stuff naturally and slowly because I wanted to make sure I was learning a new way of life with nutrition, and learning my intake levels and exercise and not into a fad fast loss, I wanted to learn my body!

I went from 240 to 184 pounds but it took me from last August to do it at a below maintenance intake, proper diet and really really busting my butt off in the gym in resistance and cardio!

I have become impatient with the last 5 or ten pounds that is needed to shed to have a fat percentage in the teens so these are the 4 things I have done to help push the fat off faster.

1. (Increase Resistance) Start pushing a little heavier weight then I was, meaning (Example Only)if you were doing 3 sets Of 15 on your stuff then go higher where 3 sets of 12 is too hard so that you are doing set in reps of 8 to 12. I always mix it up every 3 weeks!

2. HIIT on the cardio, Treadmill, Elliptical and Bike.I always mix it up every 3 weeks!

3. Lower my intake by 100 calories (Even Though I was Already on Below Maintenance, Losing It Got Too Slow!)

4. Take Xenadrine EFX, this so far has totally helped boost metabolism for me which is a must for me because mine can got too slow!

I believe in not losing it too fast like in around a 1 to 3 pound per week range is fine in my opinion. Easy come off easy and double come back on.

Yeah I just started on Mega T Green Tea on top of the Xenadrine EFX.

I only believe the Xenadrine for me is a use for just that last hard stuborn fat burn and most likely a 1 Bottle use of 120 capsules or maybe 2 bottles but I won't know for another 2 weeks if I'll go with a scond.

Green Tea Extract I will continue to take daily along with the teas I already drink!

Cider vinegar along with helping with fat loss is a very healthy addition also, as it contains, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and host of nutrients. Whereas any "fat burner" commercially made has nothing of nutritional value.

Take 200 mg. 15 - 20 minutes before main meals(along with your green tea if you are taking capsules), ACV can help reduce appetite while promoting your body's fat burning potential. It naturally helps curb the appetite, and is great for excess fluids(water retention).

Have 1/2 grapefruit as your first course of your meal.

Yep, one of the beauties of the stack. All are available at most Super Wal Marts for example, and dirt cheap.

Not a miracle mind you, but will work just as well or in most cases much better than over the counter "fat burners". And you know what you are taking is healthy.

Xenadrine EFX SUX MADE ME FEEL LIKE i WAS GOING TO HAVE A HAET ATACK ON THE TREADMILL. I was pump up on this stuff because it helped with the poops but that's all it was good for.

Grapefruit in the morning and Green Tea Extract along with Apple Cider Vinegar I was able to take daily for 2 months strait with no side effects so I recommend this route.

All though this is an old thread I don't want it standing with me hyped on Xenadrine EFX, it's just plain crap!

Well thank the lord...the light bulb went off for someone else!!!That xenadrine seems to work at first...but is addictive and MOST defineatly affects your heart...it's dangerous STAY AWAY!!
Anybody considering the commercial "fat burners":
Go with the cider vinegar, green tea and grapefruit!!!
Take it from me and the giants fan here...that stuff is dangerous!

This is a bit late since this post has been up for a while, but with regards to the green tea and apple cider vinegar, is it better to take it in supplement form or is drinking it just as beneficial? I'm talking more about the green tea since I'm sure ACV isn't very tasty on its own. I've started drinking green tea throughout the day to help curb my appetite and so far, so good, but would I benefit more from taking a supplement instead? Is there any way to incorporate liquid ACV into the diet? The only reason I ask is because I have a jug of it at home that I use sometimes with cooking. If I can save a few bucks and use that up first, I'd rather do that before I buy supplements. Thanks in advance!

Liquid ACV when I am dieting I use as a salad dressing. It is sold as a supplement though in capsule form. Do not cook with it, very low smoke point.

Thanks for the info. I guess I should have been more specific when I said cooking. I just meant I use it in recipes that call for it, but I've never thought of using it any other way specifically for weight loss. Do you use it by itself for a salad dressing or do you combine it with some EVOO to make an oil and vinegar-type dressing?

This is new information to me and something i'd perhaps try. But first a few questions.

Grapefruit: Is commercial juice okay?

Cider Vinegar: Is that a dressing like balsamic or something else altogether?

Green Tea: Is it better to take in capsule or would commercial green tea (i.e. the drink) be fine?

And also, i am using the CVM supplement you recommended, would the caffine from green tea inihibit the effects of it?

Thanks for yet more info.

Nevermind, didn't pick up fully on what was said in topic. I need it in supplement form.
