Can I ask a question? Why do you think that by taking Whey can help you achieve results faster?

Well I just read on the internet that increasing protein intake (which Whey has aplenty) can help build muscles along with workout.

Yes it can help. I was asking cause the way the post was worded was you expected it to be something more. IT is a good way to supplement your diet if you cannot get the protein amount in regular food. I am not sure about wht type to advise you to look at. Post this in the supplement forum you will get more answers there.
