I am now on a steady excerse program and I want to start drinking Whey ..

When should I drink the whey protein shakes?? Before workout, after workout??? Just as a snack ???

POst-workout will be most beneficial - but also if youfind it hard to meet your protein requirements with whole foods, you could use it once a day with a meal.

There have been tons of posts on this subject - do a fit buddy search and do some reading.
