Right so i want to lose that "last stubbon 5lbs"
and i just wanted to know if it's ok to have chips...once a week?
the rest of the week, i am eating mostly, apples, tuna, cottage cheese..and some small new potatos, And doing resistance training....along with cardio once a week
what do you lot think? can i treat myself today...as its a friday? ;)

Guess it all depends how badly you want to reach your goal. Your from the UK, so I assume you're refering to french fies. If it was me, I'd skip the chips until I knew I was on the right track and already dropping weight. If you can't resist or want to treat yourself, why not make some yourself using potatoes sprayed with a bit of olive oil and baked in the oven, that way you know what your eating-even better, use sweet potatoes. I'm all for the occational treat, but make sure it fits into your macro's and it doesn't derail your goals.

yeah i've lost 28lbs in the last 4 months (to be honest most of it is due to taking E's and going raving lol)
my weight now is 154lbs and im 5ft 11"
I just wanna get rid of that last little bit
guess i should skip the chips really
awww it's soooo hard
