Are there any alternate workouts I can do for my chest rather than bench? I can lift much more than 185, but I am fearful because I have no workout partner. What can I do?

Do you have access to a power rack or such in your gym? If so, you can set your own spotter, in fact they are wonderful for piling on weight you know you really cannot do.
