Could you explain what each of these things do for you, toning, lean muscle, porgressive gain, muscle mass, definition and which one has do with weight loss and or helping you lose body fat. If I understand there's a difference between losing weight and wonting to lose body fat.
I ask because I'm not sure if I'm doing the right program. I need to tone up, but I also wont my muscle to be visible which is definition (that's the program I'm doing), I also wont to get down to 160lbs I'm at 186 with bodyfat of 40% and get that down to around 24%, not sure how to figure that out, what my healthy bodyfat should be.
Which should I be more concerened with body inches or losing bodyfat? Which should I be doing first weight lost, toning, definition, etc.
I just finished my 4th week on the weight loss and definition program and I also do the 12wk ads, along with a 20 min. HIIT I do after my workout.
Thanks

Your healthy bodyfat should be anywhere from 15 to 24%, depending on how you feel when you start getting down there.
Go by how your clothes fit and your body composition, not pounds.
The whole thing about toning and shaping is that really it is the same as any good dietary program and weightlifting/cardio workout, no matter what you call it, you are trying to gain a little muscle and lose bodyfat so you can see those shapely muscles.
Keep up your god work, eat clean and you will get results!
