I found out that the body weight thing is only if ur lifting more than ur body weight. but what is input repititions?

That's the amount of times you move the weight per set. So, if it calls for four sets of eight, you move the weight for eight reps in each set, with total four sets.

so if it says 2 set and the rep is 15 then i do it...30 times?

Yup.. sort.. do one set for 15 times, take a break for a bit (60 seconds or so) and then another set of 15 reps.

So ... if it says set 3 and rep 12...thats 39 times rights? with three 60 second breaks?

No. That's 36. Do one set of 12 reps, rest, a second set of 12 reps, rest and then a third set of 12 reps.
