I'm not too sure about this type of training. I would recommend it to someone who has just begun training. Some of the points are pretty valid, but I really feel the article lacks research and overall validity. Its too general. Not bad, but not all that good. I agree with the "perfect form" part. That can be applied to all weight-lifters. How you train depends on what you want to accomplish for yourself. In this case, the author states that this is the way to see fast results with size...I just don't buy it.
