Hi,

Half-way through my first week of training, and I'm about to input the reps and weight values for todays sets..

When I get to input figures for Dumbell Incline Presses, should I enter the wieght I had each individual dumbell at, or the total weight lifted between the two arms ?

Thanks,

Rob.

I've been doing each arm. I'm pretty sure that's what the mods say to do also.

You can enter the weights used for each arm. Now, if you do decide to enter the total weight (which you can do), make sure you do this throughout the entire program! This way, when you print your charts, you can see your progress. You know what I mean?

Good luck, Rob!
