im20yrs old female.my height is five feet five inches&weight is 62kgs.my problem is iget body pains specially in neck,hands&legs.i get tired without doing any work itself.iam getting oversleep whole day&feling sleepy whole time.iget cold all the time.fat content in body increasing due to these pains&no work.what to do to get rid of these things?what kind of food i have to take?

May want to seek out your family phsysician. Sounds like you may have 'issues' that are beyond our scope. The obvious advice we can give you is to improve your diet and try to get as physically fit as possible.
