I'm a 15 yr. old male, 123lbs, 5'4'' and i was wondering what my weight and height should be for my age? Am i underweight? i think so but when i try to gain weight it's in a mixture of fat and muscle but i don't want the fat. Also should i be eating 120-130 g of protein a day? cause i am. Would that help? How many calories should i consume each day and whats the best way to split up your meals so i eat 5-6 meals a day?
thanks

*ITS LEG DAY*
You already blew out your wraps.
Your towel cant absorb any more sweat.
Theres puke on the floor.
Your partner is passed out.
Theres a crowd gathering...
And that was just the warm up!

there is no real way of predicting height/weight by age.. everyones body composition is different. however, you ARE at a healthy weight for your size.
to gain weight, first figure out what your maintenance level is. add about 250 cals on to this, and go for a week or two. measure your weight before and after this stint.. and if you are going up, stay at it until you stop. add another 100 cals when your weight stops going up until you are at the level you want to be. here is a good site to calc this for you.

keep your protein intake high.. anywhere b/t 1- 1.5 g per lb of bodyweight.
the best way to split your meals would be evenly across your 5- 6 meals a day. say you had to take in 300 cals (this is an example) thats 500 cals 6x a day.

the reason you were probably putting on fat was that you were consuming too much calories.. there is a medium where you can progressively gain muscle with minimal fat gain.. good luck :)
