Ok i posted this in another area but no one seems to want to answer me... maybe No one likes my posts or something lol
My workout plan right now is 3 days a week using the ft Gain Muscle Mass Training and in the intermediate setting. Some people might know that i wa sin a 4 day split but i changed that because I was having trouble making it to the gym 4 days a week. Anyways Right now the 3 days seem to be working for me.
Starting the end of April I will be working full time as a Maintenance Helper for The Sisters of providence of St. Vincent De Paul.
Job duties include: Push Mowing Driving the John Deere Riding Mower Weeding Watering Flower beds Light landscaping Using the weed eater Blowing off the driveway Basic manual labor
As you can see this job in itself is a cardio exercise in itself and a bit of a weight workout too as it requires lifting at times.
My question is How should I work my workout? I am finding it barely able to keep up 3 days a week at the gym and its just school. In August I will be working 5 days a week 8 amto 4 pm and at a job that is very demanding and tiresome. Should I back down to 2 days a week workouts or should I try keeping it at 3? I found last year that I was exhausted after work each day and would appreciate it if I can get advice on this matter as I don't want to stop going to the gym completely.

Well I know that even when I had a job similar to the one you talked about that I still had time and energy to lift. It depends on your goals, obvisouly if it is very strenous do not go so heavy at the gym, but I think you should maybe tailor it down a week or two to get used to the job then start up slowly and see what happens.

It will require changing my ft program several times. but what do you think of Maybe for the first few weeks tailoring my workout plan to 2 days a week then after a few weeks when I am used to it bringing theplan back to 3 days a week sortof build up to the third day .. maybe even tailoring it to 4 days if I feel I can handle it when I am at the 3rd day?
