Ok im 6'1 210lbs....i have a tummy..im trying to get rid of,i go to the gym 5 days a week should i work abs still even though you can't see them...if yes why/ if not what should i do to lose it also whats a good supplemnt to take to lose som weight??

work your entire core, whether you can see it yet or not. It is the base for all power and stability.
The top three supplements for weight loss:
1)good diet
2)consistent exercise, including acrdio, weight training and flexibility work
3)adequate rest
There is no magic bullet.
All of your questions have been asked by others many times. Please spend some time searching fit buddy for relevant posts.

after yoru workout its cool, or if your playing football its ok , but just to drink no.....it has lots of suger and carbs.......water water water.....is what you should drink. Actually I have seen people loose like 4 lbs just by drinking water, If you give your body an ample supply of water it won't need to store it.

And also if your one a high protein diet, this helps the kidneys out by flushing out toxins from proteins being broke down.
