How do I do leg extentions, straight leg dredlifts?? Better yet, is there somewhere where I can see how all of my fitness plan exercises are done with instruction and on what machines, or how I can simulate them at home?? I have a exercise ball at home, power bands and some dumbells. Thanks.

If you belong to a gym, there should be someone who will give you an equipment orientation. Ask at the front desk.
This site has exercise xdescriptions and pictures - look under fitness resources at the exercise encyclopedia. There is also an at-home section under fitness resources.
I am sorry, i don't know how much of it is available to free membership and what is only available to professional membership. Do a little looking.
