What kind of protein powder should I get

Ok, school is coming up fast and I guess I decided that the powder and drink thing would be the only way to get enough calories in me to keep me at what I need to take in. Which ones do you recommend? I am looking to put on 20-30 lbs before February, my prom at high school.

That's 20-30 lbs lean, by the way, I will have to have a small cutting phase to lower my 11% BF.

nectar syntrax is amazing protein.. comes in all sorts of flavors and mixes easily with water.. right now im using the lemon tea flavor and it taste just like ice tea.. its alittle expensive tho..good luck

Ok...heres the deal....u dont have to buy expensive protien, u just have to work hard....the protien will make u bigger and stronger...but thats bc it helps ur muscles recover faster. Creatine wil also help in your weight gaining goal bc it serves as a cell volumeizer...bascially filling the muscles with water and making u more explosive. However, there is no substitue for hard work and intensity. If u have til february, then u have plenty of time. And as far as a cutting phase, those are for body builders,and arent really that healthy for u. All u need to do is get u a good program from here, and take ur protine/creatine twice daily. U dont have to buy and expensive brand. I just usa a basic GNC brand. It works for me...ive seen results and gotten plenty stronger and put on 10 lbs of muscle in the last month. But u have to work hard for it. Make sure u do plenty of cardio to keep yourself lean, dont just get bulky and expect to cut it off by starving yourself. Work hard at it and youll get the best results.
