I had a considerable weight problem in my early teens. I weigh the same now at 36 as when I was 13... 86kgs. I have been actively involved in Martial arts for 23 years, plus gym work, running all to compliment my training.... So I have come a long way in weight loss. HOWEVER I cant seem to get rid of the weight around the midrift and particularly in my chest. Its extreamly frustrating can anyone help me out... what else can I do? I train like a machine, my diet is very good, I am missing something basic?

fill out your profile, list a typical day here for what and when you eat and what your gym work involves.
You may be on a plateau, or not eating as well as you think...
-------------- An old thought for the New Year - \'If you fall down seven times, get up eight\'
What matters is that you continue on.

what's your typical cardio? many people underestimate their intensity...walking for 20 min 3 days a week on treadmill is not same as running at 65-70% for 30 minutes....
what are your ultimate goals?
you diet may not be as 'very good' as you think....what do you typically eat...please include all the snacks, condiments, and anything else you eat with your food...
