what does input weight used mean?

under the fitness plan, to fill it out it says "Input weight used". what does that mean?

The amount of weight that you lifted.

i dont get it. if im not using any equipment do i just put my body weight? for example if i do push ups dp i just put hoh much i weigh?

The challenge I find with inputing bodyweight, if it changes, your chart will not reflect the proper progress. If you lose fifty pounds it will look as though you did not progress. With bodyweight, I'd still input a "0" and as one added extra weight, I'd put that in.

I just put in "BW" to indicate bowdyweight. I don't know if it does something funny to the database, becasue today id day one for me and I havent finished the days fun yet.
