Hi ..im new just curious to what you think of my eating and fitness plan that i have been doing for 6-7 weeks now..here goes

Ok im 5'4 and 166 pounds, im am on the weight watcher plan which im sure you all have heard of, i also work out 5 days per week ...mon..aerobics (which involves a step and weights) Tue which is a bodypump class which is weight only, wed is a tae combat class...hi impact, thur is body pump again and fri is tae combat again...i was going to the gym befor i started the classes and found i wasnt enjoying it ...after alot of persusion i decided to bite the bullet and go to classes as i know this would push me more!! i havent lost that much weight some weeks i have been staying the same which is so irritation for the amount of effort im putting in!! as i know i need to loose fat!! i feel frustrated from time to time because of this but i do have to say i do feel alot healthier and a bit more confident!!

Do you think im doing enough or what should i change if i really want to see results!! Would love to hear from anyone who thinks/knows they can help!!

Cheers J

If you are enjoying what you are doing, it's a great start, and better than not doing anything. You should get a heart rate monitor and go running one day and see what your heart rate gets up to. Then see if you get to the same state with your classes. That will give you a better idea if they are really going to help you more than hard core cardio or not. good luck, and welcome to ft.
