there are tons of articles in here regarding the HIIT program. It is the most awesome cardio out there!

yes, but this one is done twice a day. It is different then most HIIT programs out there.

Go for it, but make sure you build your legs and good shoes. You shuold also start working up to it now in the gym.

I did HIIT on my last cutting cycle, about 8-9 sprints for 15-20secs and my rest would be a light jog. Usualy lasted about 20-25min. I think HIIT is the best cardio for fat-burning.
But now im bulking, sooo, no HIIT for me now. about 5 more weeks till i cut.
