I have a high motabolism and I cannot put on wieght as I lose any I put on. I am 53kgs and 165cms. I would like to reach and maintain 60kgs but I can't seem to get there (I've never been more than 56kgs)! Please help me:( I exercise on a regular basis, mainly running and cycling for cardio fitness but I also do push ups and sit ups and exercises along those lines. What can I do to gain weight but keep fit?

With your metabo;ism you need to cut down on the cardio and get into a heavy lifting routine if you want to gain muscle.

Pick a mass gain plan from freetrainers and see how it goes.
