This is a tricep exercise. You load a curl bar, up with weghts. Grab the bar so that your plams face your legs. Lay down on a bench bring the bar up over you chest. Your arms should be straight, no bend the arms back lowering the weight till you hands come close to you head. Make sure you have a spotter. using the tris push the weight back up.

These are the same as lying tricep extensions. From the main menu, go to ft Exercise Resources, then choose Muscle Targeting, then Triceps.

Click on the home button goto the bottom of tha page click on the word tricep( there is a figure of a man, with each muscle group listed) goto page three of the tricep page. At the bottom of that is a list of tri exercises click on lying tricep extension it gives a good descrption and a pic
