HI ,
i m doing the 8 week mass develpment program designed by this site for me.
In my gym , i dont have some equipments to do certain exersise, what else exersise i can do in place of them, those are based on easily available equip ,
i m listing few one below:-
1. Machine Incline Presses - Dont have smith machine
2. Standing Cable Curls - Have one but cant change the attachments of this .
similarly , few more .
i need help bout this.

1) do you have a incline sit up bench and dumb bells?
non incline bar/dumbell- make the best of it.
2) seated incline bench curls so arms are quite 'hanging'
pick four good exercises like hammer, supinated, preacher, concentration and do your best.

eurekaguy4u - there is an option to switch exercises on your plan - did you try finding exercises to switch there?

oh, sorry, I am never sure which options are available to which level!
For Incline presses - like neiltilley suggests - a bench, set to its lowest level of incline and some dumbbells. If there is no incline bench, prop one end of the bench up on some 45's, make sure it is stable, and use that.
If you have a cable stand, do cable crossovers, straight and decline.
Do standing dumbbell or barbell curls, that will be very similar. Cables offer you resistance both directions, so if you are using free weights focus on lowering the weight slowly and feeling the resistance both directions.
