i waeight lift with the programs here but what do i do in cardio i would like to do cardio but dont know what to do or when to do it...
please help

for cardiovascular system is best - and i repeat - the BEST - running (or jogging) - this is natural cyclic motion for human body and, you no need spec. equipment of course :) but if you too overweight start with walking first.

Any kind of cardio is good for cardiovascular health. To get the most out of your weight training program, do your weights first. Then do cardio of your choice. No more than 20 min. should do the trick to get you started, even after that. The treadmill, stepper, bike, anything to get your heart rate up a bit and use some calories. You do not state a goal, nor do you have a profile, so it is hard to assist you more explicitly. Good luck.
