I think that the Westside Barbell seminar is very good. Check www.elitefitnesssystems.com for information on when and where they are. You will benefit from the knowledge and skills learned there.

They have a website, it is very good. You can also go to www.deepsquater.com and find them and tons of other stuff. Click on the archives.

I like the section on teamwork:
3 keys
Represent: We know what we can do for you, what can you do for us?
Respect: Self explanatory
Rise: to the challenge and bring your teammates with you

Here is how to set-up your Westside workout template:
Sunday: Dynamic (speed) bench
Monday: Max Effort Squat
Tuesday:Recovery work(lower)
Wednesday: Max Effort Bench
Thursday: Recovery work(upper)
Friday: Dynamic Box Squats

The max effort squat exercise is never a true competition squat. It is an exercise that will build your squat such as goodmornings, low box squats, safe squat bar low box squats with hands on the bar, etc...

The max effort bench exercise is also something that will build your lift. Check www.elitefitnesssystems.com for an exhaustive list of exercises.

The dynamic effort work has been covered in other posts.

saturday I would rest on, but some people would do recovery work. I feel that depends on the person. Try it both ways to find out which is best for you.

Notice that the max effort days follow the dynamic effort days by 72 hours.

Here is a good powerlifting template. This is the Westside template listed above. I know some of you are interested in this so feel free to ask your questions here. Please don't post and repost the same question. There is ton of information here already. Keep your questions under relevant topics unless there is no other similar topic.
