That's right. All of us that fit into this "overweight and obese" category. We're on our way. I'm starting this thread so each of us can post something every once in a while that is positive. Just a little thought about how we're worth our efforts, we have what it takes to reach our goals etc. I want to be able to jump into this thread on days when the clock tells me I have 5 minutes of work left, but I still haven't convinced myself that I'm ready to go to the gym. A little thread of inspiration.

Great idea, prairiegirl!!! I love this forum as it is not just about our struggles, but about what we are accomplishing through them!!
Each time we shrug off that "I don't want to workout today" thoughts we are one day closer to attaining our goals and looking into a mirror that shines back with our smiles and our new found self-esteem knowing we are healthy, happy and ready to rock the world!!

we all deserve to be healthy, happy and fit. I'd like to challenge everyone to spend some of their time today, while exercising, to give some thought to why you deserve to be healthy, happy and fit. If you want to, post your thoughts here to share with everyone.

I've been thinking about how my husband and i both deserve to have a family and that I don't want to have a baby until I have a healthy body to carry it. That's been my motivation lately when I don't want to do anything.

So..here's to Wednesday and my 30minutes on the tredmill "raises glass of oj"
