Sometimes after a good bicep day i develop these weird red dots on my bicepts theres usually only one or two and they go away but what are they?

could be like blood blisters or something, sweat bumps who knows? or the government......reameber big brother is watching lol

Sometimes tiny blood vessels below the skin surface will burst, especially around tight skin areas. It may be the beginnings of stretch marks(WELCOME TO WEIGHTLIFTING)...it is probably nothing, now shut up and grow!

lol... or... you could suffer from a very common disease known as lactobicepto... it's associated with a peculiar form of allergy from curling barbells, which combined with a form of fusion, causes the red dots to make your arms less attractive...
