Okay, so I know the big bench press bar weighs 45 pounds, and the little one weighs 35, but what do the others weigh? We have an EZ curl bar( I think that's what it's called), a hammer curl bar, a funky looking bar with handles on it, and a sissy squat bar. Do I just need to look dorky and go weigh them to find out, or does someone know?

TIA

My ez bar weighs 12 pounds, my preacher curl about 15 pds, the fuuny one with handles NO IDEA there...you will have to bit the bullet and weigh it.

I also was thinking of the same thing. I use Smith Machine for Chest. How much does the Bar on that weigh. I can't take it out and weigh it :-) . also when I input my reps and weights do I add the weight of the Bar as well ???

Well I weighted myself and the Bar from the Smith machine and the scale gave my 15 kgs more..... (I think it's around 37.5lbs right?)

More heavy that I imagined.

Thanks guys. I'm just starting to move up into the bars, so it's good to know which ones will kill me, and which one won't! :)
