Well I've been looking back through the posts but I haven't found an answer yet... In the workout page it says to enter weight used but I'm not sure what to enter?

I only use myself example push ups 15 weight used ??

Little confused, any help would be appreciated :)

I put a '0.' When you start adding weight to things like push ups, etc put in the extra weight.

Thanks I had the exact same question.

How can you add weight to push-ups though?

I am a 39 year old woman my workout plan says to do 4 sets.
Example Dumbell press first set 20 reps, second set 12 reps, third set 10 reps, and fourth set 8 reps. My question is do i start with a heavier weight for the first set and select a lighter weight for the next three sets?

I would greatly appreciate some help.

Do a lighter weight on the first set and then make the next sets progressivley heavier.
