I am just starting back in the gym again. I wanted to know what is more beneficial for my body, to weight train and then do cardio or to do cardio and then weight train? Does it make any difference? Which way will give me the quickest results?

I always suggest weight train first, then cardio.

Absolutely, weight train first then cardio. If the cardio benefits from training are a much greater priority to you than strengthening benefits, you may wish to increase the proportion of your workout session that is spent on cardio. Nevertheless, do the strength work prior to cardio, otherwise the time spent on weights will be used extremely inefficiently.

I am a female who just started training with weights. I was wondering how many days a week i should train a specific muscle group? it seems impossible to get great arms if I only train them once a week. Every workout plan says something like, arms on mon., legs on tues., back on thurs., etc.

I am a fan for women to do 3 full body workouts however you choose to structure them each week.
