I've only lost 1 pound in a month, even though i go to the gym 6 days a week alternating 20 mins cardio days with weight days and do trampolining. I have kept it up since the start of January, missing only 2 days that whole time! I also have a very low fat diet. Am I missing something really obvious?

well considering your other post, alcohol is posing a real setback in your fitness program. That is why you are not seeing any results. In short, quit boosing and you'll start seeing results.

Best of luck!

p.s. we've all been there so you can do it.

Low fat diets are not the answer. If you are still eating tons of "lowfat" treats for instance, this will get you nowhere. They just add more bad stuff to take the place of the fat. Beware the words natural sweetners. Usually just a disguise for sugars. If you are eating pasta, white potatos, "lowfat" bread, you are sabatogeing any weight loss. Lowfat is a code word for more caloories. Eat fresh veggies and good complex carbs like black beans, brown rice, etc. in place of those lowfat cookies.
