I was just wondering what sort of weight routine you would recommend to lose some weight and tone up.
I am fairly new to this and only have a weight bench which also has the part to do your legs, dumbells and a bar.
I am about 5'9 and weight about 80kg or 176 pounds.
Also i LOVE my beer as alot of Aussie's do so am guessing that wouldnt help losing weight either...lol.
Any help getting started would be appreciated.

Cheers

AussieChris29,

Do some resistance training and cardio from one of the FT programs on this site. Also fill out your nutritional plan and clean up your diet if you have not done so already. These are key factors in reaching your goals. It is a lifestyle change :). Good luck!

I would suggest taking a look at the "weight loss and definition" program on this site. Sounds like it will be right up your alley so to speak.

You can choose home exercises to do the things you do not have access to weights or cables for for instance.

Then use the nutritional tab to help you get started with a healthy diet to maximise your work.

Good luck to you...
