I've been running and working out like crazy for two weeks and I've gained weight! Why? Why am I not losing weight? I have a goal of 20 pounds before December! I need help! I don't eat a lot. I don't know whats going on!

I'm sure it is your diet...not eating alot could be your problem...if you are eating to little your body will take everything you eat and store it as fat...because it believes you are going to starve.Take a close look at your diet...to lose weight you need to eat between 10 and 15 cal per pound of body weight...and drink lots of water...if you aren't drinking enough water your body will hold on to that too...causing a gain in weight...our bodies are alot smarter than we give them credit for...to smart sometimes:)
