do all for one muscle than switch.. will keep your intensity up

When working out more the one muscle in a day, Like biceps and triceps, or shoulders and back, or whatever. Is it better to do all my exercises for one muscle then go the other, or mix them, like one bicep exercise, then a tricep one..and back and forth...Which is the best way...Thanks

You can try supersets... one set of bi's then another for tri's and then back to the first group...

I don't really think there is a 'best way.' Whatever works 'best' for you.
