Hello all. So I finally got off my butt and started my program yesterday. However when I went to log my reps, and weight used in I discovered that I have a dilemma. What weight do I put in for exercises that do not use weight (such as push-ups). I wanted to look at which muscle groups I used but that only works if you put in a weight used amount. Any ideas? Thank you.
