on my workout ecercise program it says this "Your workouts change on a weekly basis, so please follow the workouts for each week specifically; otherwise your goals will go to waste. You will only receive access to view weekly workouts with a week in advance. This will keep you motivated to stay involved and follow the specific schedule which we designed for you. Stay on track! We are here to help!

I just checked out my second week and its the same as week one. How come?

The type of exercise, along with number of reps. should have changed.

Lol Kasper, your muscles need a little time to get use to the exercises!!!
Now if you got the same exercises (with the same number of sets and reps) for 6 weeks straight THEN I would worry.....

Otherwise, just keep going strong!! (o;
