I follow the 5 day workout plan that I receive from this site, but I feel like I'm going to let my metabolism down if I don't do at least 30 min of cardio everyday. So on rest days, i'll still do an ab workout and cardio.
Is it ok to do this much cardio throughout the week because all of the posts that i'm reading on the site say to do cardio 3-4 times a week. I just don't want to gain any fat or weight because my job requires me to look good and fit every week.
