For x number of reasons i have been unable to work out the entire past week. I plan on starting again Sunday, my question is, should i start off where i stop as far as weights and reps, or should i go down some and work up to where i was? Your info will be greatly appreciated.

Work where it feels comfortable. One week should not be too much of a factor. In fact, you may have gained some strength from the rest.
