I posted this before but i haven't gotten any help yet...please help me.
Hi, I'm getting married in about 2 months and I want to drop those last 8 pounds. I weigh 118 now and I am 5'2". I exercise alot...here's my schedule:
mon- step class, abs class, and kickboxing
tues - kickboxing, step class
wed- kickboxing
thursday - step, somtimes kickboxing
friday- step
sat - step
All this exercise and I can't seem to get my weight down. I've just been trying the atkins diet and have messed it up twice now. I just can't live without carbs. Now i'm scared to go back to eating carbs regularly because i'll probably gain back what i lost plus some because of the atkins diet.
I really need some advice on a training program and a diet plan....please help.
Really follow the nutrition plan on FT set up in your profile.... diet is the key thing.... nothing wrong with carbs... just have to know what carbs to eat and what to avoid.... again, follow the nutrition guide here on FT, fill it in daily and you'll see some trends...
