I need some advice on my routine..I do 25-40 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week and weight train 2-3 times a week. I am 5'6", 123lbs, 17% bmi with goals of seeing definition on my wedding day in 2 months. I eat 5-6 mini meals a day. I don't want to lose weight and look skinny, but I'm not seeing as much definition as I'd like. Is lifting heavier the answer??

You may not have much mass to define, so in essence, you should lift heavier. You won't gain much mass if you watch your diet and continue with your cardio.

You said that you eat mini meals..... Do you eat enough? Got proteins in those meals as well?
Most women are afraid of heavy lifting since they think that it'll make them bulky. This is not the case, if you ever really want to touch and shape those muscles you need to take a little bit heavy yes.
Follow the toning and weight loss exercise program, good diet and some cardio, and you'll be the most fit and beautiful looking on your wedding day!!!
