Ugh!!
This morning I was at the gym trying to do barbell chest presses on an incline. My upper body is the weakest part of me, and my chest is the weakest of those. And even though I took all the extra weight off the bar, people had to come over (after hearing my cries of distress lol) and take the bar oof of me! OMG it was soooo embarassing. :(
