water really helps you get skinny? Are you sure? HOW?....why people want to drink alot of water on their diets?

Water fills up your stomach, water drains your body and water is necessairy for fat loss, muscle gain, faster recovery etc etc

Water is the most abundant mineral in your body and is neccessary for just about every single function in your body. Make sure you drink your water, at leat 120 oz. a day if you are active. And that's the minimum.

And the harder you work out the more you perspire and that could cause dehydration if you don't constantly replenish your water.
