Eat. When you're done with that, eat some more. Train with the utmost intensity. Then, eat. You will never gain without food.

hey, im 5 7'-5 8' and 15 years old, 130 lbs. Its the beggining of the summer. Anyone have any suggestions for building up muscle? please help. ty =D
