I'm 5'10"...172lbs...started seriously lifting consistantly about a year ago..lifting 3-4 days a week..all upper body..I dont do any focused lower body lifting but im a very active basketball player..i usually just rely on that to keep my lower body toned atleast. I admittedly hardly do any ab work and that's what i plan to work on soon....

I was 160lbs when i first started so i've definately put on some weight and alot of muscle. I'm not really sure if my physique is "proper"...i believe i've done a good job, but im curious to hear what other vets out there think of it. I need opinions on how i look as a whole, as far as shape and form, and if theres any areas i need to work on. Below are pictures i've take recently...i need some good feedback on my upper body minus abs...thanks in advance

How can we tell how look you 'as a whole' when we don't see your legs?

Your traps and shoulders look nice.

I dont have any valuable criticism, but you look good. I'm sure you've put alot of hard work into having that body, and it shows.

good development. you should start with ab/leg training soon though, as it will begin to affect your lifts. a strong core will be the foundation for many compound exercises (ie deadlifts) and will make your physique that much better. working the body in unison may also help growth in other parts, and who wants to see a big buff guy with stick legs  .. looks like an upside down traingle

also..what would be a good workout to get great abs? I'm not really sure how hard i should work them. I workout every other day, but i assume i'm supposed to work the abs a little more frequent.
