Can someone PLEASE help me!! I'm confused here, For the past two weeks on chest day I've been lifting more each week. However this week I can't get as much as I have before. Does anyone know why my muscles would be weaker this week than last week? Please help soon, cause I'm really mad right now about this crap

If you have been able to increase weights for the last two weeks then it's quite normal that your muscles need a little break.
Give them time to grow, patience is needed for stable muscle grow! :dumbbell:

Thanks yall. I've calmed down a lot now. Last night I went back to my weight room and had enough strength to do the same weight for my last set as I did last week. I think there were several factors that hindered me, one was that I wasn't too rested when I went up there, two was that I bumped the weight up for my 3 previous sets, and three was that like Philia said, my muscles need some rest. Well again, I appreciate yall helping me to see this in a new light:big_smile:!
