I have a question-
As I have tweeked my diet to incorporate almost all WHOLE foods, and nothing processed, I have lost five pounds. However, just that five pounds and now the veins in my arms, chest, and even up from my groin through my abs are now very noticable. I am well hydrated and exercise 5 days a week, but only use weights 3 days a week. Should I be concerned at my new pronounced veins? Are there any negative health effects associated with protruding veins?

Hello there!
You'll need to tell us more about yourself, your height, weight etc
Some people are likely to have their veins showing than others, that's genetic but nothing dangerous or negative health effects from it.
