I have a question-
As I have tweeked my diet to incorporate almost all WHOLE foods, and nothing processed, I have lost five pounds. However, just that five pounds and now the veins in my arms, chest, and even up from my groin through my abs are now very noticable. I am well hydrated and exercise 5 days a week, but only use weights 3 days a week. Should I be concerned at my new pronounced veins? Are there any negative health effects associated with protruding veins?
