So wanted to get some opinions on this so thought I would post. Does the different variations in the bench press (incline, decline, flat) really work the different areas of your chest more. I have read mixed reviews and wanted to get some personal advice. I really want to develop my lower chest more, any input?

yes they do...decline helps develop the lower chest might also wanna try straight arm pullovers if looking for bigger chest (rib cage expander) but you'll get mixed review on those but i love them, but definitely the decline bench wroks great but study up on form

Do some dips (weighted if you can) with a forward lean. That will help target the lower part of your chest.
