hey, i'm in university at the moment and finals are soon aproaching....i take Tuesdays and Saturdays off as my rest day but for the last two weeks or so this has been changing according to my work schedule...like one week i may take Wednesday off instead of the Tuesday and so on....i still keep my work out routine constant... my question is would this variation in my rest days affect my goals as to gain muscle mass.... thanks...
